Is Bizistic a general chatbot?
Bizistic is not a general chatbot. It answers only from your own prices, timings and information, and hands everything else to you.
What happens after the free pilot?
Your pilot includes 30 days free and up to 1,000 AI replies. After either limit, the assistant pauses until you choose a paid plan. Your saved information stays. No setup fee during the pilot.
Who pays Meta's message charges?
Meta gives each WhatsApp number 1,000 free customer-service messages a month; beyond that, and for marketing, utility and authentication templates like udhaar reminders, Meta charges its own rate. Free entry-point windows from click-to-WhatsApp ads last 72 hours. Charges go to your own Meta account; Bizistic adds no markup. Add a payment method in Meta Business billing so messages beyond the free tier are not blocked.
Which plan has udhaar and reminders?
Growth and Scale include the udhaar book and payment reminders. Starter handles customer replies and enquiries. Choose the plan that fits the work you need.
Does it create an automatic instalment plan?
No. You record each fee due and payment received. Fee-date reminders use the existing whole-rupee balance and a monthly day you choose, with a confirmed consenting parent or guardian number. They do not create fees or enrol a student.
Will messages go out without my permission?
You approve udhaar reminder proposals. Clinic and coaching automatic date reminders stay off until enabled. Booking reminders use confirmed appointment details, customer consent and Meta's messaging checks.
Can I run my daily work from WhatsApp?
Yes. After setup, the linked owner can record money, check dues and approve proposals on WhatsApp. Use the dashboard for settings and the full records. We help you set it up.
