Bizistic is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We provide an AI assistant that operates over WhatsApp and your website, along with a web-based dashboard — there are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped.
Once your account is set up and payment is confirmed, access to Bizistic is provided digitally and immediately: through your account dashboard, and through the WhatsApp number and website integration you connect during setup. There is no physical delivery, courier, or shipping process involved at any point.
