How to delete your data

You can delete your Bizistic account and all of your business's data at any time. There are two ways.

1. Delete it yourself (instant)

Log in at bizistic.com/login.
Open Settings → Plan and billing and scroll to Delete account.
Type your business name to confirm and press Delete everything.

Before deleting you can press Download my data on the same page to keep a copy.

2. Ask us to delete it

Send a request from the email address you signed up with to support@bizistic.com, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 93299 97161. Tell us your business name. We confirm the request and delete the data within 7 days, then reply to tell you it is done.

What is deleted

Your account and logins, your business info (price lists, files, website text), customer chats from WhatsApp and your website, leads, money entries and udhaar records, team members, tasks and shifts, and your settings, including any WhatsApp connection.

WhatsApp and Facebook data

If you connected WhatsApp through Meta, deleting your account also removes the WhatsApp access Bizistic stored for your business. You can also remove Bizistic's access from your side at any time in Meta Business Settings (Business apps / Integrations).

What we must keep

Payment invoices and records that Indian tax law requires us to keep are retained for the legally required period, and nothing else.
