When you go live, your pilot includes 30 days free with 1,000 AI replies, so you can try your assistant with your own prices and customers before paying anything. No setup fee during the pilot.
Our 30-day free trial includes up to 1,000 AI replies, once per email or phone number. Deleting an account does not create a new free trial; only one-way trial-use markers are kept.
Your paid plan starts when payment is confirmed. An upgrade starts the new plan now: unused time on the old plan ends, with no stacking or partial refund.
Self-serve plans do not auto-renew. You choose and pay again each month or year for your chosen billing cycle. No new charge is made unless you pay again.
You pay Meta's WhatsApp charges directly. Bizistic adds no markup to those charges.
No refunds are provided after payment has been processed. Subscription fees and setup charges are non-refundable once paid, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months or unused periods. Please evaluate the product during your free trial before subscribing.
You can stop at any time by writing to support@bizistic.com. Self-serve plans do not auto-renew: each payment is a separate charge, so you will not be charged again unless you pay again, and your assistant and dashboard remain fully available to you until the end of your current paid billing period.
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can request permanent deletion from Settings → Data or by emailing us at support@bizistic.com.
