Bizistic

Add Bizistic to your website

Open Add to your website in your dashboard for your own codes, chat link, QR and installation check. The same helper is in onboarding.

If nothing appears, your plan or security policy may block scripts. Use the chat link/button or QR. For an embed-code box, try the inline chat box.

A copy or preview alone does not mark your website live. Open the published website, then check installation.

Three ways to add chat

Replace YOUR_TENANT_ID with your shop ID, or copy the ready codes from your dashboard. Never add a conversation ID to a link.

Floating chat bubble

<script src="https://bizistic.com/widget.js?v=4" data-tenant-id="YOUR_TENANT_ID" async></script>

Chat link

https://bizistic.com/chat?tenant_id=YOUR_TENANT_ID&utm_source=website&utm_medium=link

HTML button

<a href="https://bizistic.com/chat?tenant_id=YOUR_TENANT_ID&utm_source=website&utm_medium=link" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Chat with us</a>

Inline chat box

<iframe src="https://bizistic.com/chat?tenant_id=YOUR_TENANT_ID&utm_source=website&utm_medium=embed&layout=inline" title="Chat with our shop" allow="microphone" loading="lazy" style="width:100%;height:600px;border:0"></iframe>

Chat bubble options: data-position="left" or "right"; optional data-label="Chat karein"; data-color="#0f766e"; data-offset-bottom="80" adds space above the bottom; data-hide-on-mobile="true" hides it on phones. Defaults keep the bubble on the right.

Shopify

  1. Open Online Store > Themes > (...) > Edit code.
  2. Open layout/theme.liquid, paste the chat bubble code before </body>, then Save.
  3. Open your published website and use Check installation.

Check your theme permissions before editing code.

Suggested option: Floating chat bubble

WordPress (self-hosted)

  1. Look for your theme footer or a header/footer code plugin.
  2. Paste the chat bubble code in the footer, save and open your published site. Names vary by theme and plugin.

You may need a paid plan or plugin; check your dashboard.

Suggested option: Floating chat bubble

WordPress.com

  1. JavaScript needs a plugin-enabled plan with hosting features activated.
  2. With that access, use a Custom HTML block or the code method your plan supports.
  3. On a restricted or free site, add the chat link/button instead.

Scripts need a plugin-enabled plan and activated hosting features.

Suggested option: Chat link/button

Wix

  1. Open Settings > Custom Code > Add custom code.
  2. Paste the chat bubble code, choose the pages and Place Code in: Body - end, then publish.

You may need a paid plan; check your dashboard and connected-domain requirements.

Suggested option: Floating chat bubble

Squarespace

  1. Look for Code Injection in your website settings; availability and menu names vary.
  2. If available, add the chat bubble code to the footer and save. Otherwise add the chat link/button.

You may need a paid plan; check your dashboard.

Suggested option: Chat link/button

Webflow

  1. Open Site settings > Custom code > Footer code.
  2. Paste the chat bubble code before </body>, save and publish. The field allows up to 50,000 characters.

Custom code needs a paid Workspace or Site plan.

Suggested option: Floating chat bubble

Blogger

  1. Open Layout > Add a Gadget.
  2. Look for a gadget that accepts HTML/JavaScript; its name may vary. Paste the chat bubble code, save and open the blog.

If the gadget or scripts are unavailable, use the chat link/button.

Suggested option: Floating chat bubble

Google Sites

  1. Open Insert > Embed and choose the code option.
  2. Paste the inline chat box code, resize the box and publish. Check the published page; a floating bubble may stay inside an embed box.

Use the inline chat box or a normal chat link if scripts do not appear.

Suggested option: Inline chat box

Other website builder

  1. Look for Custom Code, Embed or HTML in your dashboard.
  2. Use the chat bubble for footer scripts, or the inline chat box for an embed-code box.
  3. If those options are restricted, add the chat link/button.

You may need a paid plan; check your dashboard.

Suggested option: Chat link/button

Plain HTML

  1. Open your page HTML and paste the chat bubble code before </body>.
  2. Save/upload the page, open the published site and use Check installation.

Your site's Content-Security-Policy must allow the Bizistic script, frame and connection. If it blocks them, use the link/QR.

Suggested option: Floating chat bubble

I have no website

  1. Copy your chat link to your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, Linktree or WhatsApp status.
  2. Print the QR for your counter, packaging or visiting card. Customers can open the chat without a website.

No website is needed to share a link or printed QR.

Suggested option: Chat link/button

If you list allowed websites, only those websites may embed the chat window. Add both example.com and www.example.com if you use both. Your dashboard and onboarding show the saved allowed addresses. Leave the list empty to allow any website; links and QR still open directly.
